Huntersville

Huntersville is the fast growing Lake Norman community. Annual events such as Hello! Huntersville, a Christmas and Spring Festival encourage a sense of community among townspeople. In the midst of this charming small town exist countless business opportunities. In the 650-acre Huntersville Business Park, you can find a broad array of businesses from offices to distribution centers.

Huntersville was established as a municipality in 1885 and was named for one of its founding fathers. Mooresville

A Porch Swing Pace
Mooresville's roots run deep in the Piedmont soil. Primarily an agricultural community from its incorporation in 1873, Mooresville was the dream of John Franklin Moore, the town's namesake. Moore was successful in bringing the Atlantic, Tennessee and Ohio Railroad to town by promising a depot site and a sidetrack to hold large cotton shipments that were hauled on the railway. He also offered to sell land to parties interested in building a town. With the upsurge in the cotton trade, Mooresville's economy quickly expanded to include textiles. Today Mooresville's business sector is quite diversified, yet still relies on state-of-the-art textile production as the cornerstone of its economy.
